I've just registered to CPDL-wiki and logged in.
So I could read my welcome message but cannot reply. The wiki only offers the option to VIEW the source code of a page but not to edit. So I can't reply to the welcome message nor can I edit my user page.

This happens when one isn't logged in.
But I see you were able to write a short time after.
