Pretty normal for me. Server load seems also normal:

http://www.cpdl.org/server_load.php

We have 4 CPUs on the server, and values below 4 mean that processes find a CPU available to run them right away. Instead, values above 4 mean that all 4 CPUs are busy, so processes are queued for some time before they can run. The larger the value, the longer the time in the queue. Curent values are between 1 and 2.

Ah, Ok, thanks for explaining.
I today changed my working spot in my house. No more net RJ45 cable but WiFi instead. Speed down from 300Mb/s to 30 Mb/s.
But it isn't the first time (at all) and I didn't notice that before. I had a speed issue with 'Server is having issues' during between 3 and 4 PM, approximately.

If you are referring time to CET, this corresponds to 7 to 8 AM server time (MST). The time to download the main page is monitored every 15 minutes. This is the time to download observed earlier today, in seconds:

2.477 - 06:00:11 MST
0.579 - 06:15:07 MST
1.759 - 06:30:11 MST
3.349 - 06:45:09 MST
2.663 - 07:00:11 MST
3.370 - 07:15:11 MST
2.591 - 07:30:11 MST
2.512 - 07:45:12 MST
1.640 - 08:00:08 MST
1.413 - 08:15:09 MST
2.185 - 08:30:10 MST
0.662 - 08:45:07 MST
2.102 - 09:00:11 MST

So, you're right that between 7 and 8 MST it was a little bit longer than normal. Probably a "nice" spider disregarded the robots.txt directives, and downloaded large parts of the website at a high speed. Unfortunately this is something we have to live with :(

It's OK now. It must have been a network problem in that area or server farm, as the IMSLP forums server, that is also managed by me and that is hosted by a provider of the same group, was also down more or less in the same period of time.

Ok, not a long duration, though. Thanks.
