Where is the toolbox in the left side? This is the first thing it reads in the submissioon guide, but I don't find anything under this title.

At the main CPDL site (ChoralWiki), in the left column, just below the Support CPDL section (which displays a credit card), it the Toolbox - only now it is called just Tools.
