Its source in York states it is by 'Mr Roseingrave, junior'. Daniel Roseingrave who in Purcell's lifetime worked in England, but later in Dublin, had three sons, all musicians - Daniel, Thomas and Ralph. My 1980 Grove says it is attributed to Ralph.
