It would be helpful to know from which opera or cantata this piece is. There is a recording by Rial & Jaroussky and L'Arpeggiata of the piece, so I guess it is a duet with basso continuo. Maybe the liner notes of this CD list the source. Once you have it, you can find locations of manuscript copies (operas were usually copied on demand, not printed) on RISM and order a photocopy from one of the libraries listed there:

I wonder however, whether this piece is suitable to be sung by a choir with more than one to a part.
