Can anyone help me to locate an a cappella SATB or SAB version of the Welsh (?) traditional song The Ashgrove please? I have found an accompanied version and one for (if I remember correctly) TTBB in the CPD Library, but these are not what our group want.

Good. I've just found Jeremy Rawson's arrangement of the Ash Grove here in the CPDL catalogue. Thanks Jeremy. If our little (non-profit) group sings it we'll be sure to acknowledge you as arranger.
