You can find the list of some settings of that text at the "O magnum mysterium" text and translation page on the wiki:
http://www.cpdl.org/wiki/index.php/O_magnum_mysterium
If there are some missing that you know of, please add to the list and include the link to the CPDL score page if it's been missed out!

Hi Sabine,
CPDL doesn't list the Morales or Stadlmayr works you cite, nor the Rütti work which Mandy Shaw cite (of course Handl = Gallus). But the O magnum mysterium page does list the following additional works by Brooks-Davies, de Cristo, da Esperança, Garcia, Lourenço, Moreira, Nasco, Perti.
I've sung the Lauridsen, and recorded (with Zephyrus) the Morales, Palestrina, Victoria, and Gabrielli.
If I come across any more, I'll let you know.

Posting O Magnum Mysterium files for Moralles and Stadlmyr
Hi Sabine,
I went 2000 changes back and found your uploaded files. I will post these scores for you. I don't know why this wasn't attended to
earlier.
