After a superficial web search it seems that the 1970 facsimile reprint by "Corpus of early music" of Gastoldi's Balletti a 5v is out of print (I would however suggest to contact the publisher whether this is actually true).
Alternatively you could look for a library that has this edition. And a possibly even easier way to obatin the music is by looking up the libraries holding extant copies in RISM and order photocopies from the libraries (beware however that this way might require some patience, depending on the library).
