Sounds like a fabulous opportunity. I wasn't able to determine by following the link to the workshop page in Portuguese, but is there more information about the level of singer this workshop is aimed at?

There are no big requirements
"To be able to sing and read music", just that.

Actually in the flyer it's stated Peter van Nevel (which, by the time, I assumed to be related to Paul van Nevel)... but now I have serious doubts. I'll check it. If its a mistake then it is a very big one!
