Hi,
Of course not any format file is available for a given piece of music.
But I've noticed that sometimes a file (for instance a .mid) is put in [], and the link is unavailable. What's exactly the meaning?
Files between []
Hi there
Short answer: User (and php script) error
Long answer: This happens when users copy the wiki code from the add works form if they haven't included a link to a MIDI file. The add works form generates the MIDI icon but there is no URL of an actual MIDI file so just the icon appears without a link (the square brackets appear because the wiki software doesn't recognise it as code without a locator URL).
