I just filled in the form to add a new work, and upon clicking "Add works data" I received an "Unable to insert into table!" error message. What's happening? I've uploaded four other works today without issue.

For some reasons you may have lost your logged-in status during the process. Keep an eye on the URL shown on the address bar of your browser and check that it always begins with "www" (contributor website, reserved logged-in users) and not with "www0", "www1", "www2, or "www3" (visitor websites for anonymous users).

An anomalous character entered in the form may also cause similar problems, although this is less likely to occur.

Please just try again, keep an eye on the URL, and possibly avoid entering anomalous characters in the form.
