Re: Help in correcting an unusual error

I am sorry I may have made a greater mess then before. But I have now emailed the files to addscore@cpdl.org so I hope it can be sorted out.

Thank you all for trying to help. I promise to try to be more 'error free' in the future!

Re: Help in correcting an unusual error

Thank you for your advice - but I am no further forward! My musical skills far exceed my IT skills! I cannot find a 'RENAME' tab, so cannot follow the instructions. If I were to send the new files to someone clever so that they could post them for me and clear up the mess of the redundant old files ...

Help in correcting an unusual error

I posted a Schubert pdf (CPDL#20766) last year with the wrong title! It is posted as 'Magnificat D483' but should be 'Magnificat D486'. I have revised the pdf and now have a correct version but I am at a loss to know how best to replace the version posted. I think it would be safest to remove the ex...

Re: What sort of printer you have / access to ?.

The answer to all these printing problems is to get a simple comb binding machine. Back-to-back printing from pdf is easy with Adobe reader using the odd pages/even pages option on any printer and the comb bound pages open flat making things much easier for the keyboard player or conductor, even wit...

Re: Problem with wiki special page

When posting this score I suffered some finger trouble and entered an incomplete and inaccurate 'add scores' page which had the number CPDL#20437. This number is now redundant. Please could some expert get rid of it.
Thank you

Re: Uploading MIDI files

Guys, Thank you for your speedy response. Thanks to you I have found where these files were lurking and posted them on the composer and works page. I tried the shorthand method suggested by Carlos, but it would not work for me, so I have put them in the old fashioned way.

Thanks again

Uploading MIDI files

Something has changed on the Upload Scores system. I have been doing it successfully for many years, but in the last couple of weeks I have run into a problem. I cannot identify where my uploaded MIDI files have been housed on the server. There is no problem with the pdfs, as I can click on the file...

Re: stage fright

Many years ago, when I was a boy soprano, I was given some advice prior to my first solo performance. I was told that, before I sang a note, I should select a single member of the audience and sing to them alone. By concentrating in this way, the rest of the audience (and its intimidating effect) fa...

Hi Jimmy,

As the original contributor of Petite Messe Solennelle, I have checked out the URLs and they work for me. Perhaps the problem is that the "zip" suffix may be case-sensitive and should be in small case.
Hope this works for you.
