Bulletin Board software updated to version 3.1.3

The bulletin board software that is used for these forums has been updated today to version 3.1.3. It is a significant step with respect to the 3.0.x versions used so far. Users are kindly invited to inform us of any problems encountered.
Not all language packs are already available for version 3.1.3, so it is possible that some new language strings are not available for certain languages. For example, an updated version of Brazilian Portuguese is not available (although an updated version of Portuguese is available and installed). We will regularly monitor the availability of updated language packs.
