I'm in need of an a cappella piece for a TTBB male ensemble which I'm a part of. We're fairly young (17-19 years of age), so not really mature voices, but we're mostly settled. We lack one piece for a competition in May. The piece should be not too long (that is, not more than 4-5 minutes), powerful, strong, emotional, something along the lines of Chesnokov's Salvation Is Created. We actually thought of singing that particular piece, but with a high A for tenors and low B for basses (optional as it is), it is kind of pushing it.
