I am looking to borrow or purchase 25 copies of H Alexander Matthews "The City of God", an extended work of about an hour composed in 1917 for the 400th anniversary of the Reformation. I am also looking for the orchestra parts as well, if they exist anywhere. G. Schirmer was the publisher. Thanks for your time.

I found no information about orchestra parts.

One more possibility: if you wanted to try to borrow the scores, it would be worth searching to find out what choirs have performed the piece, and then asking if they are willing to sell or lend the scores.
