Choral Public Domain Library

Hello All,
I am looking for "the Water Is Wide" arr Jeffrey Van for SATB, flute and guitar. I heard the piece on Dale Warland's "Harvest" Album. Yes, I have tried Dale Warland's published music as well. I truly have done an exhaustive search and cannot find it anywhere.
Any ideas? May I borrow the sheet music from someone?
