Could I put up a request for some scores by Philippe Rogier. He was a Franco-Flemish composer working at the end of the 16th century in Spain and produced some wonderful music. Of particular note are the motets Laboravi in gemitu; Heu mihi, Domine; Taedet animam meam; and the mass Ego sum qui sum (the Gombert motet of which that is a parody is also a gem).
At present I am not aware of any performing editions available to performers, and I would love to hear Rogier's music performed more widely. Thank you!

I don't know I suggest you ask the publisher, The American Institute of Musicology, or the editor, Lavern Wagner (who you should be able to get in touch with via Quincy University, Illinois). In Norway, it would be the editor personally who holds the copyrights to the editions. I don't know the laws of the USA well enought to say if this is also the case there.

Rogier : Laboravi...
Rogier-?Morley was performed last year by John Hetland's Renaissance Streetsingers-check their website- perhaps John can share it.

Re: Request for music by Philippe Rogier
I am pretty sure I have a copy of the Hetland score of the Rogier/Morley Laboravi in Gemitu, but it looks as though the piece is also on CPDL attributed only to Morley. I've added an update to the score page on CPDL that it's believed to possibly have been composed by Rogier. When I have a chance, I'll check the Hetland score about the source of the Rogier attribution.

Re: Request for music by Philippe Rogier
John Hetland indicates that this was published by Rogier in 1595 but appears to have been altered in later manuscripts and attributed to Morley. Peter Phillips apparently wrote an article about this. Another reference by the Oxford Camerata says:
"Similarly, Thomas Morley's subsequent adaptation of Rogier's Laboravi in gemitu meo evidently reflects a contemporaneous respect for this beautifully-paced motet."
