replace a midi file?

Post by Jep-z11 »

I noticed this midi file:
http://www.cpdl.org/wiki/images/a/a6/St ... B_flat.mid
is incomplete, it cuts off the end.

I made a complete version by the Sibelius file next to it.
It is here:
http://ficelle.home.xs4all.nl/Kamerkoor ... mpleet.mid
Can I replace the old version?

Thanks.

Uploaded the new version, renamed, it gives me this link;
http://www.cpdl.org/wiki/images/2/21/St ... B_flat.mid

I can't get the syntax right for replacing the old link, if I put in this:

Code: Select all

[{{filepath:Stanford%28Charles_Villiers_Stanford%29_Magnificat_and_Nunc_dimittis_in_B_flat.mid}} {{mid}}]
the brackets appear as text, so there is no clickable midi-icon any more.

How should this be done?

It is this page:

Bit silly, replying to myself.
Got it working by using the full http link to the file, hope that will do.

Hello Jep, thanks for providing a corrected midi file for this work.

The proper way to submit a new version of a file is by replacing (overwriting) the old file with the new one. That's what I have done here:

http://www.cpdl.org/wiki/index.php/File ... B_flat.mid
