In my first attempt to upload files, I filled out the Add Works template and when I clicked submit I received the above message. "Unable to update table". Here are the files I uploaded if that helps.

Re: Unable to update table
There have been 5 submissions that completed correctly after the failure that you reported. So, I guess that it was either a temporary server glitch, or something specific on the data that you submitted through the form (i.e., data not compatible with the database table where the data submitted are stored). I would suggest you to try submitting the form again. If it still fails, let's investigate the specific data you enter then.

Re: Unable to update table
Another tip: instead of inserting the complete URLs for the uploaded files, try to fill in only the filenames: Ecco mormorar l'onde.pdf
The problem may be related to the apostrophe inside the filename; you may have to insert a backslash before it: Ecco mormorar l\'onde.pdf

Re: Unable to update table
The form failed because of quotation mark somewhere in it (see the note at the top of the page).
